New Opportunities for Agricultural MSMEs: Modern Harvesting and Digital Field Mapping

The agricultural season increasingly depends not only on weather conditions but also on access to modern technologies. That is why, within the framework of a project supporting agricultural micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, implemented with the support of the AGRO Program, Agrotehnik Group LLC invests in state-of-the-art high-performance machinery and digital solutions that were previously available mainly to large agricultural holdings.

As part of the project, the company has deployed a modern JOHN DEERE S7800 combine harvester, as well as high-tech JOHN DEERE XA 30 and GERINGHOFF headers. This new-generation equipment ensures precise, fast, and high-quality harvesting with minimal losses, even under challenging field conditions.

For agricultural MSMEs, this represents not merely a threshing service, but access to a modern technological platform that combines mechanical efficiency with digital analytics.

Field Mapping  a New Level of Service

In addition to direct harvesting services, MSMEs participating in the project receive an additional service — field mapping using Buyer FieldView digital solutions. Field mapping is the process of collecting and analyzing data directly during harvesting. The system records yield levels across different field zones, generates productivity maps, and provides a clear, data-driven and visualized picture of field performance.

These maps provide agricultural producers with practical tools for:

  • analyzing yield variability;
  • making decisions on variable-rate fertilizer application;
  • optimizing costs in subsequent seasons;
  • improving overall farm efficiency.

In practice, MSMEs gain access to elements of precision agriculture without the need for their own investments in expensive equipment.

Access to Technology, Not Just Machinery

The project aims to ensure that agricultural micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises operate on equal terms with larger market players. Modern JOHN DEERE machinery combined with digital solutions enables MSMEs not only to harvest crops on time, but also to obtain data that forms the foundation for business development. This is not just harvesting — it is an investment in efficiency, transparency, and future yields.

We invite you to cooperate during the 2026 harvest season!

Sincerely,
the team of Agrotehnik Group LLC.

This activity was made possible thanks to the support of the AGRO Program, funded by the U.S. Government and implemented by Chemonics International.
